The blueberry sour cream pie is in the oven as we speak. Here’s the recipe I am trying out. I’ll comment on how it turns out. I plan on using a different crumb topping. Yum! Can’t wait to eat it!

Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can corn (drained)
1 can beans (pinto or black)
3 chicken breasts, chopped
1 med. onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic (or garlic powder)
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Cumin to taste
Chili powder to taste
