I'm 39 and I really did think I was going to pass out today. I just can't run that fast for 26 miles. I'll try my best though and just see what happens. I just want to finish under 4 hours. I did 18 this morning but at a slower pace than that. If you can do 19 at that pace you can do 26 at that pace - if you train right. And that would qualify you for Boston and put you finishing in front of most of the other runners at Space Coast! Marc sent some good training perspective separately on FB. Nice!
